∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing and Managing the Company's social media accounts. Expertise on Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube marketing, etc. to manage digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels, and regularly maintain the channels (social media, web, email, etc.) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Creative planning and designing for all the digital marketing campaigns. Good Graphics designing knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a must.
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting ads.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and effective SEO strategy. Meet work Targets with Excellent communication skills.
∎ Recommend changes to website architecture as required; remake contents, and design to improve SEO rankings for website and YouTube channel.
∎ Analyse website performance metrics and create reports to track progress.
∎ Track and make time to time report about marketing campaigns, results, with real impacts happened.
∎ Create content plan being ahead of time for overall digital media channels, get approval from line manager and take inputs if required.
∎ Problem solving and decision-making ability.
∎ Works well under pressure and determine to deliver.
∎ Commitment to personal development and learning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Education qualification will be considered if you have Digital Marketing skills, Content Development Skills, SEO Skills, and Graphic Designing skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Marketing, Product analysis, Content, Creatives, Basic SEO, and Search Trends Analysis.
∎ Experience Requirements: 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Bangla
∎ Knowledge with SEO Tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc.), Office Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Suit.
∎ SEO Keyword Research capability, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO strategies.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
∎ Any others task assigned by Management.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Mentality to work extended hours.
Salary: Negotiable
