Job Context:
∎ Interspeed Marketing Solutions Limited is a direct marketing, trade marketing and one-to-one customer engagement agency. Few of our esteemed clients are British American Tobacco Bangladesh Co. Ltd., Marico Bangladesh Limited, Robi (Axiata) Bangladesh Limited and VISA.
∎ We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ultimately, the person will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
∎ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
∎ Provide classroom training, group sessions, demonstrations, role-playing, meetings, coaching sessions, and workshops as required and requested.
∎ Any other tasks entrusted by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A team player and a good communicator and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
∎ Every district in Bangladesh (Local candidates will get preference)

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
