Experience:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Prepare reports for management on HR activities and KPIS.
Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
Problem Solving and conflict management abilities.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support performance appraisal process and employee development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
Manage the HR, Admin and Compliance work effectively.
Manage training, performance management, grievance handling and disciplinary action in line with company policy.
Maintain and update certifications and ensure document readiness at all times.
Ensure timely handling of all administrative functions, logistics, office facilities, equipment, including security, housekeeping.
Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Monitor vendor contracts, renewals, and administrative expenses.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office and support management in administrative matters.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing need.
Knowledge of Labor Laws an HR best practices.
Draft HR Letter (Appointment, Increment, warning, relieving etc.)
Stay updated with change in labor laws and ensure organizational compliance.
