Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate affairs, legal compliance, or regulatory liaison.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate legal frameworks, licensing, and regulatory processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain effective liaison with government and private regulatory bodies (e.g., Explosives Department, BERC, BPC, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Environment Office).

  • Ensure timely acquisition and renewal of all business licenses, trade licenses, explosive licenses, and environmental permits.

  • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all company licenses, permits, certificates, and compliance documentation.

  • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and compliance requirements and advise management accordingly.

  • Draft, review, and vet legal agreements, contracts, and official documents.

  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and respond to legal notices.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure regulatory adherence and maintain SOPs for compliance activities.

  • Prepare periodic compliance and regulatory reports for management.
