  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or BBA and MBA with a major in Human Resource Management (HRM).

  • Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in an educational institution, is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.

  • Strong drafting skills for documentation and effective file management.

  • Good computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an Executive, HR to join our dedicated team and help us enhance our human resource functions.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and screening candidates.

  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.

  • Maintain employee records and assist in managing the HR database.

  • Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations.

  • Address employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR matters.

  • Support the organization of training and professional development programs.

  • Assist with expatriate management, including: E-Visa recommendations and work permit-related matters, security clearance arrangements, preparing and preparing and submitting documents to BIDA, NSI, SB, and Immigration.

  • Handling banking and expat management-related matters, including a willingness to go outside for necessary tasks.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the administration.
