Experience:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or BBA and MBA with a major in Human Resource Management (HRM).
Previous experience in an HR role, preferably in an educational institution, is a plus.
Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
Strong drafting skills for documentation and effective file management.
Good computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality.
We are seeking an Executive, HR to join our dedicated team and help us enhance our human resource functions.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and screening candidates.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain employee records and assist in managing the HR database.
Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations.
Address employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR matters.
Support the organization of training and professional development programs.
Assist with expatriate management, including: E-Visa recommendations and work permit-related matters, security clearance arrangements, preparing and preparing and submitting documents to BIDA, NSI, SB, and Immigration.
Handling banking and expat management-related matters, including a willingness to go outside for necessary tasks.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the administration.
