∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the effective execution of day-to-day office administrative issues, such as employees leave administration, company transport management, procurement, office stationery & printing supply and office equipment maintenance.
∎ New Employees joining formalities (Desk arrangement, Stationery supply, Joining Report, introducing with everybody, etc.)
∎ License Renewal activities & Liaison.
∎ Ensuring Administrative Services like housekeeping, office asset management, cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
∎ Maintenance of Transportation (like delivery expenses of Drivers).
∎ Transport (Updating BRTA paper + Maintenance by Workshop)
∎ Leave (Application disbarment, Receive, Updating) Record Management.
∎ Printing Issues (Calendar, Diary, Visiting Card, ID card, Bill book, Voucher, Other papers of Head office & Factory).
∎ Follow up & maintain good relations with Warehouse & Head office Staff.
∎ Any task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
