Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attendance management including late reporting, movement record keeping analyze the deviations and reporting HODs' for updation
∎ Ensure the smooth operation of canteen for lunch and evening snacks for the employees;
∎ Providing ID cards & business cards whenever is required. Maintaining records for costing and acknowledgment.
∎ Look after the Housekeeping, Sanitatation and Cleaning Services of offices
∎ Ensuring gardening service for keep the office green
∎ Assist for Salary Advise Sheet preparation
∎ Look after the building facility service management / building managment
∎ To see the security services in all projects as per roaster (1 project/week) and report to HOD-HR.
∎ New Employment / Separation / Confirmation / Separation record maintaining
∎ Leave Register maintenance
∎ Look after the Pest Control Management
∎ Official vehicle maintenance, maintaining the expenses register
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
