∎ Implement and improve customer service policies to enhance service quality and satisfaction.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives
∎ Build strong client relationships.
∎ Offering personalized support and resolving complaints effectively.
∎ Manage customer’s service through professionalism and responsiveness.
∎ To work as proactive team member to enhance team performance and service delivery.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer journeys.
∎ Work proactively to support company objectives and ensure seamless communication.
∎ Plan and execute strategies to meet revenue targets, tracking progress and adapting as needed.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation and prepare timely reports on service performance and customer feedback.
∎ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills under pressure.
