∎ MBA / Masters in any discipline form any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct ongoing market research to identify beneficial purchase agreements and potential vendors.
∎ Identify suitable suppliers and negotiate for the best value without compromising the quality and specifications.
∎ Ensure cost effective procurement of all the materials required for constructions as per established procurement process.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted & timely supply of materials to meet concern projects requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly procurement action plan and function wise yearly procurement budget.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate, Developer Company, Logistics, Purchase/Procurement, Supply Chain Management.
∎ Proven working experience in the related field.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond office hours (if needed)
∎ Strong coordination to ensure proper supply chain management.
