Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA majoring in Human Resources, pursuing MBA preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering all the hiring processes of new employees
∎ Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
∎ Implementing effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
∎ Executing the employee's annual review procedures.
∎ Maintaining a detailed record of the company's employees in HRIS software.
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
∎ Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
∎ Conducting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
∎ Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
∎ Counseling employees as and when required.
∎ Organizing events and conferences for the employees.
∎ Managing workplace safety issues and complaints.
∎ Maintaining and recording employee attendance.
∎ Measure employee retention and turnover rates
∎ Coordinate with and report to Operations and Group HR.
∎ Administering all the resigning and termination processes
∎ Executive administrative tasks as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Minimum 2 years work experience in relevant field
∎ Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment
∎ Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
∎ Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations
∎ Strong communication skill and ability to multi-task
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel
