• Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent will added preference.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience internal audit.

• Strong proficiency in proven ability to work cross-functionally.

• Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, and regulations.

Meena Sweets is looking for "Senior Executive, Audit" who is enthusiastic and dynamic. The "Senior Executive, Audit" will be responsible overall audit and process development works of the company. Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate cost data to determine budgets and forecasts,

• Analyzing cost variances, and providing recommendations for cost-saving measures

• To determine product cost

• To check variance analysis between standard cost & actual cost,

• To check 100% policy in case of supplier bill checking

• To check 100% product transfer between physical & ERP

• Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures

• Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price

• To prepare feasibility analysis time to time as per management requirement.

• Material store inventory will be done last day of every month.

• To check 100% Daily physical production & ERP production

• 100% compliance maintain when needed in case of External Audit.

• Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals

• Other responsibilities as per management requirements.

• Any other work assign by the COO.

Job Location: Meena Sweets Factory, 579 Beribadh, Ramchandrapur, Mohammadpur Dhaka.
