Job Context:
∎ A.T. Haque Ltd is a reputed & highly regarded Business conglomerate is looking for experienced and skilled professional for the position of Executive, in the department of HR & Admin for its Tejgaon Factory & Tongi Factory.
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Expert in handling and use of KORMEE software.
∎ Should have sound knowledge about pay structure and salary & wages components of employees.
∎ Preparing salary & wages, allowances, incentives, OT payment & bonus sheets as per company policy.
∎ Payroll management. Oversee the process of salary disbursement, loan, advance, allowances, leave, incentives, maternity leave benefit payments, festival bonus and leave encashment, full & final settlement bill preparation etc.
∎ Keep update all related HR policies including employees service book in HR database.
∎ Prepare disciplinary action related letters from HR software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have good knowledge in KORMEE software.
∎ Should have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel)

Salary: Negotiable
