  • PGD in HR/LLB passed applicant will get Preference.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context: As an HR Executive focusing on general HR work, your role would typically involve a broad range of responsibilities related to human resources management within the factory.

Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Managing the recruitment process from job postings to interviewing and hiring candidates.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Conducting interviews and participating in the selection process.

Onboarding and Training:

  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration into the company culture.

  • Coordinating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Assisting with compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing.

  • Providing support on issues related to employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.

HR Administration:

  • Maintaining employee records and ensuring the accuracy of HR databases.

  • Handling paperwork related to employment, such as contracts and agreements.

  • Generating reports and analytics on HR metrics for management review.

Compliance and Legal Issues:

  • Keeping abreast of labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant.

  • Advising management on the legal implications of HR decisions and actions. 

HR Metrics and Reporting:

  • Tracking HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment statistics, and training effectiveness.

  • Generating reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making in HR and management. 

Employee Support and Counselling:

  • Providing guidance and counseling to employees on HR-related matters.

  • Serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. 

Employee Relations:

  • Handling employee grievances and guiding conflict resolution.

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  • Promoting a positive and productive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
