Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute employee branding strategies
∎ Build strong relationships with employees
∎ Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
∎ Monitor employee satisfaction and take appropriate actions
∎ Develop and implement employee engagement programs
∎ Plan and execute company events and activities
∎ Collaborate with other departments to improve the employee experience
∎ Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve employee engagement
∎ Create and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
