∎ Maintain best quality as per buyer requirement.
∎ Handle digital machine & solved any kind of printing related issue in time.
∎ Know production quality & make plan on the basis of another plan.
∎ Coordinate with cutting & sewing to make better production.
∎ Follow up on delivery deadlines & quality issue to meet customer requirements.
∎ Follow-up every machine production & find out reason of every problem create & solve it.
∎ Manage correspondence with suppliers, production, merchandizing & quality.
∎ Maintain records of development works, database & order hit rate information for further development program.
∎ Provide motivation, direction lead & supervise team.
∎ Maintain best quality as per buyer requirement.
