Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure timely delivery of support and closing support inquires.
∎ Ensure timely follow-up and convert to SLA.
∎ Keep ahead of industries developments and apply best practices to area of improvements.
∎ Liaise with C levels of customers and ensure customer relationship.
∎ Ensure timely communication/update with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Develop policies and procedures for service team.
∎ Assist in preparation of annual service plan with the guidance of HOD.
∎ Execution of annual team plan and management.
∎ Team performance monitoring.
∎ Management reporting.
∎ Identify and execute annually approved recruitments.
∎ Identify training requirements and recommend to HR.

Salary: Negotiable
