Job Context:
∎ Has to be the custodian for achieving production volumes as per the set standards.
∎ Should train Operators on multi skilling, to continue to deliver ouput, even in case of absenteism of key resources.
∎ Should maintain proper IR (Industrial Relation) with all Operators, with disciplinary control.
∎ In order to achieve the above requirements, He/She needs to carryout the following activities :
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adhere to the set process parameters and achieve the production volume
∎ Conduct Sunrise meeting with all Operators and summarise the previous days achievement, Quality issues and the day's plan.
∎ Carry out work allocation, according to reported manpower, taking into consideration of skill requirement for special processes
∎ conduct shift PDCA for Quality and Delivery performance
∎ Audit and improve cleanliness, JH, MHF. Identify & prevent unsafe conditions, to ensure safety of Operators
∎ Take corrective action for in house, PDI & customer complaints
∎ Coordinate with other sections / Depts. For Supplier / Feeder parts
∎ Review sequence plan for the availability of MIW & Bought out parts.
∎ Carry out Jig / Fixture calibration& maintenance of all equiments
∎ Control of Non conforming products
∎ Review cell performance measures
∎ Review & counsel workmen on attendance & efficiency
∎ Implement productivity, Qualty & cost saving projects
∎ Train & Deploy workmen as per skill matrix & organize resources for production.
∎ Train & coach Operators about welding process
∎ Issue and control PPE items as per Consumption norms
∎ Ensure the part parameters & process parameters are within specification.
∎ Review & counsel workmen on attendance & efficiency
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Basic knowledge on Quality control & Quality Assurance
∎ interpretaion of QCPC, Operation standards, JH check sheets
∎ Knowledge on QC story , 7 QC tools
Salary: Negotiable
