∎ Having experience in Faucet industry will et preference
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Develop good working relationship with capacity utilization standard.
∎ 2. Plan and organize production schedule.
∎ 3. Directly control the Electroplating process. Troubleshooting all process problems.
∎ 4. Prepare chemicals according to the chemical composition.
∎ 5. Prepare employees for high responsibilities with safety standard. Including problem solving and critical thinking skills.
∎ 6. Organize job training to team members to achieve production goal.
∎ 7. Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ 8. Guide the production team how to handle the chemicals and how to get good quality products by using these chemicals.
∎ 9. Control all parameters for effective production.
∎ 10. Establish production line with the effective team to increase productivity and improve quality with efficiency.
∎ 11. Measurement of all norms. Measure quality assurance testing on goods and product.
∎ 12. Evaluate performance and constantly improve practice. Develop product with new innovation in competitive market.
∎ 13. Any tasks given by management.
