Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Automation (PLC, TIA portal, ABB Drives, SIMATIC Manager)

• Ensure planned maintenance is carried out of the EOT cranes and lead the team effectively to execute preventive maintenance schedule.
• Carry out regular inspections of the equipment’s/machineries to detect and resolve problems.
• Maintain the maintenance log books
• Monitor equipment/parts inventory and place orders when necessary.
• Ensure the achievement of all departmental key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Undertake continuous training and development.
• Manage, coach, develop and lead the team.
• Conform health and safety procedures and policies.
• Check the shift log book of the previous shift & assign the pending job to shift personnel and ensure that the jobs are completed on time.
• Prepare and share the job plan with manpower for the shift.
• Fill up the shift-wise machine condition checklist, and take corrective action if required.
• Attend to electrical breakdown in the shift on a priority basis, to solve the issue within a short time, report to the section in charge & submit a breakdown analysis report.
• Follow the SOP and SMP for the maintenance of any work.
• Execute the preventive maintenance schedule.
• Update the spare list, and raise new purchase requisition if required.
• Follow up on safety-guide lines, personal protective equipment (PPE) Permit to Work (PTW) ensuring a safe environment, and safety toolbox meeting (TBM) at the beginning of the shift.
• Write the shift logbook in detail about completed jobs and pending jobs.
