The applicants should have experience in the following area: Manufacturing Faucet, Bathroom fitting accessories which are produced by Brass alloy and also done with modern electroplating.
Work under pressure.
Command over communication skills.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Doing experiment based on new ideas and theoretical findings on journal papers.
2. Maintaining the optimum recipe ratio to ensure good quality product.
3. Implementing new ideas to develop casting technologies.
4. Analysis and indexing according to the results of OES analysis.
5. Regular inspection and monitoring of the samples of different furnaces by OES.
6. Root cause analysis of the rejected products.
7. Trouble shooting for alleviating defects of casted body.
8. Working on minimizing body weight of the casting.
9. Weekly meetings on research progress and utilizing in production line.
10. Managing and handling the workers.
11. Designing and installing new equipment for research purpose.
12. Implementing successful research outcome in production line.
13. Collaborating with other sections and outsourcing if needed.
14. Day to day target achievement as per plan.
15. Programming of robot machines.
