∎ Working experience with the SAP environment will be preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Problem diagnosis based on External and Internal customer complaints.
∎ Maintain records for all customer complaints (internal & external) and track them till resolution with concerned agencies.
∎ In case of troubleshooting and guiding the production team in case of line stoppage, crisis, or emergency.
∎ Adherence to making process and part parameters for vehicle assembly.
∎ To conduct FQI, AQI, and CO Emission tests for products.
∎ To adhere to the De-packing product quality.Adherence to Frame and swing arm weld quality.
∎ Dealer visits to take feedback on produced products.
∎ To provide the required parts to the dealer to mitigate the issue after verifying the authenticity of the problem.

∎ Maintain & Control the stocks of both domestic & imported chemicals as per the production norms.
∎ Conduct PDCA for quality sustenance.
∎ Conduct EJO validation for design/process/source change.
∎ Ensure calibration of measuring instruments and gauges used in the plant.
∎ Evaluate process qualification (for special processes) results and guide for decision-making.
∎ Carry out part parameters & process parameter audit are report findings along with countermeasures.
∎ Support Operations for the reaction plan during the manufacturing process.
∎ Follow up for corrective actions for in-house, PDI & customer complaints related to all manufacturing sections.
∎ Control of nonconforming products.
∎ Risk evaluation & recommendation for the concession on part & process parameters.Budget planning for AMC of all quality equipment.
∎ Record learning and ensure standardization.
∎ Train & coach the operators about Quality standardization and checking processes to ensure quality products.
∎ Creation of records & Control of Incoming part quality as per inspection standards.
∎ In process Quality Inspection standards adherence and control.
∎ Carry out process capability study for identified parameters.
∎ Prepare and submit the periodic quality reports.
∎ The Engineer Quality Assurance (PDI) is the custodian of quality assurance for all manufacturing processes at all stages. That has to establish the quality systems, adaptation of quality standards, and drawing specifications by all sections of manufacturing. The responsibilities for this position are as follows;
