∎ To ensure Company Growth in terms of motorbike product production, control & production management as well as business profitability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation of Welding machines and process establishment as per plan.
∎ Conduct an audit on the part parameter, process parameters & weld strength and get corrective actions for the nonconformance identified.
∎ Ensure fixture calibration as per schedule & take corrective actions for deviations.
∎ Validation of changes (EJO) for ECR / PCR and support implementation Control of quality documents (QCPC, PPAP, TMOS, Tally sheets, etc).
∎ Train and deploy workmen as per skill matrix & organize resources for production.
∎ Ensure all operations are carried out as per the SOP and conduct an audit every month
∎ Carryout disposition and permanent action for NC Products (MSN /PSN /RT)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 35 years
