• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
• Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Polymer Science will be considered an added advantage

• Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office application

• Start and stop production lines based on product quality and operational performance

• Monitor production lines and control reprocess operations to minimize waste

• Maintain production reports (RPG) by product type and ensure data accuracy

• Supervise production staff and ensure proper workflow during shifts

• Adjust production parameters according to quality reports and record changes in the logbook

• Ensure the proper input and output of materials and monitor efficiency

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the reprocess and production areas

• Record and organize all production-related documents and daily activity logs

• Support preventive maintenance and coordinate machine repair when required

• Train new employees and support team development

• Report daily production updates and performance to the line shift in-charge
