Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office application
Responsibilities & Context:
Start and stop production lines based on product quality and operational performance
Monitor production lines and control reprocess operations to minimize waste
Maintain production reports (RPG) by product type and ensure data accuracy
Supervise production staff and ensure proper workflow during shifts
Adjust production parameters according to quality reports and record changes in the logbook
Ensure the proper input and output of materials and monitor efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the reprocess and production areas
Record and organize all production-related documents and daily activity logs
Support preventive maintenance and coordinate machine repair when required
Train new employees and support team development
Report daily production updates and performance to the line shift in-charge
