Responsibilities & Context:
√ Overhaul and repair Cummins, Mitsubishi, Volvo, Caterpillar (CAT), and other diesel engines.
√ Diagnose and repair conventional and common rail fuel systems.
√ Use diagnostic tools such as Cummins INSITE™, Volvo VODIA, and Caterpillar ET.
√ Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair works.
√ Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble engine and mechanical components.
√ Manage and identify spare parts (genuine & aftermarket).
√ Test engines and equipment to ensure performance and reliability.
√ Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
√ Provide technical support and guidance to junior mechanics.
√ Follow safety standards and company procedures.
