Educational Requirements:
∎ An ideal candidate should have Graduation or Master degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking full responsibility of factory compliance related to Higg,
∎ Collect and maintain all data related to Higg.
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on environmental parameters (pH, DO, COD, BOD, EC, TSS etc.) as per Department of Environment standard & ECR-1997.
∎ Support and execute factory readiness for compliance audits and work towards sustaining it.
∎ Ensure all waste data is collected and available for analysis.
∎ Follow up the PRSL, RSL, MRSL and maintain strictly.
∎ Arrange and maintain all ECR related documents for social & Environmental compliance accordingly.
∎ Ensure proper segregation of all kinds of wastes according to hazard.
∎ Regular monitoring of Energy consumption, GHG emission & air emission.
∎ Ensure chemical safety & proper documents related to chemical management.
∎ Arrange regular training on chemical management & make aware employees.
∎ Other tasks assign by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have at least 02 (Two) years practical working experience in any export-oriented manufacturing organization.
∎ Should be a self-starter and proactive.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
∎ Familiar with computer usage.
