Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training:
∎ Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
∎ Organize and schedule appropriate training sessions.
∎ Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
∎ Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
∎ Supervise training budgets.
∎ Train and guide new employees.
∎ Employee Development:
∎ Prepare development plan for IPDC’s retail employees
∎ Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
∎ Content Development:
∎ Create and manage E-learning platform, develop sales performance enhancers and training content for external resources
∎ Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.

∎ Analytical Skill
∎ Good Communication Skill
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
