  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in Retail Banking from reputed Banks/Financial Institutions.

  • Experience in centralized, real-time online banking environment is preferable.

  • Strong communication skills with sound sales, negotiation, and customer service orientation.

  • Proficient in computer applications and online banking systems.

  • Willingness to serve anywhere in Bangladesh as per business requirement.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

  • The position will be offered to deserving candidates based on relevant experience and competence in retail banking, customer acquisition, sales performance, and relationship management, with a particular focus on achieving asset and liability targets, maintaining service excellence, and ensuring full compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations and the Bank’s internal policies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned asset, liability and Credit Card growth targets in accordance with the Bank’s approved retail business growth strategy.

  • Acquire new retail customers and develop sustainable business relationships through ethical and compliant business practices.

  • Identify new business opportunities to expand the retail banking portfolio while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

  • Ensure high-quality customer service in line with service standards approved by the Bank.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by exceeding service expectations.

  • Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal policies, AML & CFT guidelines, and KYC requirements.

  • Maintain proper documentation and records to support audit, inspection, and compliance reviews.

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery of retail banking products.
