Candidates having minimum 12 years (2 years in similar position) of hands on experience in managing the HR related issues in Readymade Knit Composite Garments Factory (s) are only encouraged to apply.

Should have sound knowledge on modern HR Practices

Should have leadership and communication skills

Should be fluent in English & Bangla correspondences both in written & oral forms and well conversant with computer applications. 



Responsibilities & Context:

A renowned export based Knit Composite Garments is looking for potential candidate for the position of DGM/GM (HR) at its Dhaka Head Office. Appointee needs to visit factory on frequent basis.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing HR related job activities of the Factory and Head Office effectively & efficiently.

Major Job Responsibilities of the position includes:

Preparation of optimum Manpower Budget through analyzing job activities of each and every department/section of the Factory and Head Office

Recruitment of employees by maintaining proper procedure and approved budgeted manpower

Ensure effective management of automated attendance, leave, HRIS etc. related issues

Analyze HRIS & Payroll database and control OT/EOT on regular basis

Ensure timely completion of periodical employee performance appraisal process (KPI based)

Analyze training needs and arrange effective training programs for the employees

Ensure effective management of Job separation & Disciplinary action related issues

The candidate should have sound HR knowledge on Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Cost Control, Performance Management, Training, Labor Laws, Grievance Handling etc.
