Job Responsibilities:
∎ To monitor and execute Manpower Budgeting Activities. Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Salary & Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, and HR Administration.
∎ Providing professional coaching, team building, leadership development, and organizational development expertise to new, experienced leaders and teams.
∎ The person shall develop and implement HR policies and practices with a clear objective to foster productivity and build an effective & successful workforce supporting strategic objectives of the company.
∎ Provide and guide management & employee actions by researching, developing, writing, & updating policies, procedures, methods, & guidelines communicating & enforcing organization values.
∎ Capable of thinking strategic, especially in using the HR function to help the Group to achieve its business objective.
∎ Understand the importance of building a strong and progressive culture to create a dynamic work environment.
∎ Take initiative like planning, organizing, facilitating and providing consistent supervision to create wining culture based on Vision-Mission-Values
∎ Act as a strategic business partner and change agent with management and other stake holders
∎ Initiate effective steps towards establishing USBA as a good employer brand
∎ Work on establishment of effective salary grading for the organization to create sustainable balance in terms of career management and transparency
∎ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under-staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
∎ Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
∎ Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Minimum 20 years of experiences in core HR having at least 10 years in senior and leading role.
∎ Training Institutions: Expedite and initiate employee development/training program
∎ HR Professionals: Initiate organization development programs and take support for change management process in the organization
∎ Head Hunting Organizations: To take talent sourcing and talent management support
