Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct training sessions for new recruits on Aviation Orientation, Reservation & Ticketing, GDS systems, and Sabre Software.

• Deliver structured study materials including handouts and visual resources to enhance learning outcomes.

• Organize workshops with OTA teams to ensure alignment of SOPs with training & audit operations.

• Update trainees on recent aviation trends, industry best practices, and relevant technological advancements.

• Revamp and update training modules in compliance with IATA and ICAO standards.

• Customize training content to meet department-specific needs and performance goals.

• Prepare assessment papers and conduct examinations for modules delivered during the training program.

• Evaluate exam scripts and report trainee performance, progress, and development needs.

• Monitor soft skill competencies to assess readiness for professional responsibilities.

• Identify operational gaps and areas for improvement within OTA processes and workflow.

• Coordinate with OTAs to schedule and arrange periodic training workshops.

• Deliver training sessions at OTA premises on GDS functionality (Sabre, Galileo).

• Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to design and implement advanced training software/tools enabling self-paced learning for OTA teams.
