Job Context

To ensure overall food safety and hygiene, US-Bangla Airlines Ltd. (USBA), the largest private airline in the country, will hire a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and energetic "Hygiene Supervisor " to work in its Flight Catering Center.

Job Responsibilities

Regular monitoring of all areas to ensure good environmental, food, and personal hygiene.

Ensuring cleanliness in all areas of catering premises.

Monitoring that all the staff maintain personal hygiene as per SOP and reporting about the deviation to the Line Manager.

Make awareness among staff about personal and food hygiene and conduct floor-level spot training for staff.

Checking of receiving goods at the receiving point.

Checking the expiry date and stock rotation of all store items daily.

Monitoring production, storage, and dispatch process as per Food Safety and Hygiene Guidelines.

Monitoring and evaluating HACCP records daily and making reports accordingly.

Ensuring that raw and cooked food are kept separately.

Checking the date code system of the finished product as per SOP

Ensuring that Optimal Temperature is maintained in every stage i.e. production floor, packaging room, freezer, chiller, delivery van, high-lifter, and aircraft.

Collecting samples for lab tests, sensory evaluation, investigation, and record keeping.

Conduct some laboratory analysis as per the guidelines of the lab in charge.

Monitoring daily and periodical pest control service & keeping records.

Perform any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.
