Experience:

At least 20 years in garments accessories.
High Communication skill in English.
Leadership and relationship management.
Have experience to do Overseas Marketing.
Ability to make Overseas a path and to get Brand Nomination.
Stay up to date with trends in apparel design, sustainable materials, and packaging.
Promote eco-friendly and compliant accessory solutions to meet global buyer standards.
Collaborate with R&D to support the development of innovative accessories that appeal to fashion brands.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share.
Align marketing objectives with company growth goals and sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity in the garment and apparel industry.
Strengthen the company’s brand identity in the global apparel and garment industry.
Ensure consistent branding across all platforms – packaging, promotional materials, digital content, etc.
Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, applications, and unique selling points.
Design product positioning and promotional strategies for various garment accessories (e.g., buttons, zippers, sewing thread etc).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key apparel manufacturers, buying houses, brands, and export houses.
Identify and approach potential clients in both local and international markets.
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, convert them into sales, and support customer retention.
Monitor sales performance and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.
Identify and explore new markets – both domestic and international – for growth opportunities.
Analyze export market trends, logistics requirements, and compliance standards.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, designers, and content creators.
Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and encourage a results-driven environment.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently.
Analyze return on investment (ROI) from campaigns and optimize spending.
Prepare regular marketing reports for senior management.
