∎ Be knowledgeable about buyer’s specifications or sample aspects from merchandiser.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect yarn from merchandiser.
∎ Make swatch with programmer with sample aspects.
∎ Prepare swatch like wash and ironing the swatch.
∎ Check swatch properly and make chart/program.
∎ After consulting with senior, give chart to programmer for preparing whole knitting.
∎ Follow up knitting & check the whole knitting process or parts.
∎ After completion of knitting check weight, measurement, and tension.
∎ Give linking instructions to sample man and follow up the whole linking.
∎ Follow up finishing stage of sample. Making consumption & productivity.
∎ After checking sample with QC consult with concern merchandiser.
∎ If the buyer approved sample and order confirmed, then repair the sample with buyer’s comments.
∎ Set correction program with programmer.
∎ Size set sample making with actual color, accessories and quality.
∎ Making counter sample making with actual color, accessories and quality.
∎ Making shipment Making counter sample making with actual color, accessories and quality.
∎ Have better understanding about sample section goals.
