Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in Social Science, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Law, "Politics, Philosophy & Economics (PPE)" or any other relevant subject from any recognized university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide day to day technical guidance to the GBV prevention team in specialized interventions to ensure standards and procedures are followed.
∎ Review and provide feedback (verbal and written) on adaptations of SASA Methodologies.
∎ Implement male engagement programming in camps.
∎ Develop module and contextualize.
∎ Develop a training curriculum for each target audience/training method that addresses issues of women's rights, violence against women, unequal power dynamics, challenging patriarchal structures and social norms that are harmful to women, and promoting the economic empowerment of women.
∎ Coordinate advocacy campaigns to sensitive men & boys on the harmful effects of violence against women and other practices that discriminate against women.
∎ Coordinate with project manager and sector lead to provide technical support to ensure a high standard of implementation of strategy and activities of GBV prevention and risk mitigation.
∎ Support to develop Program/ sector plan, budget plan, activity plan and operational procedure, guidelines.
∎ Implement global standard of GBV prevention and risk mitigation suggested by UNHCR in Rohingya camp considering local context.
∎ Prepare periodic reports (narrative and quantitative) for donors, government and organization.
∎ Provide technical support on program quality and accountability standards and measures.
∎ Work with donors to create ongoing partnerships.
∎ Ensure supervisory role in field level to coordinate all the tasks for efficient outcomes
∎ Compile and prepare quality monthly and periodic project progress reports as well as the final report, and feed in other information as required by donors.
∎ Ensure daily quality implementation, monitoring and evaluation of gender-based violence projects and interventions.
∎ Ensure updated filling and documentation of GBV cases in line with GBVIMS tools.
∎ Identify gaps to ensure confidentiality and survivor-centered care.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standard in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident take place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Strong mentality to work with displaced people as well as sexual and gender-based violence survivors.
∎ Strong experience from a humanitarian / NGO setting with relevant professional experience in the field of sexual exploitation and abuse, protection, gender-based violence, staff misconduct and discipline, gender mainstreaming and/or humanitarian affairs.
∎ Leadership skills and supervisory experience, including the ability to develop team performance.
∎ Communication & Coordination Skills.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic and Assertive.
∎ Problem-Solving Skills.
∎ Familiarity with principles of monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Experience in writing brief narrative reports.
∎ Able to work collaboratively with internal staff and external providers.
∎ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
