Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in Education/ Social Science Science/English or any other relevant field from any recognized university with minimum second class/division or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and guidance to translate the contents, instruction and methodologies mentioned in all the grade 6 to 9 Myanmar textbooks and Teacher's guide (Burmese, Mathematics, and English) along with any sort of required documents into Bangla/Burmese as per the need of the project.
∎ Guide and distribute the task to the material developers in order to develop the teaching materials, handouts and modules for learning English and Burmese Language and Mathematics.
∎ Follow up/Monitor the progress of assigned task of material developers, and translators to ensure satisfaction and clear understanding the language, meaning and context of the original document.
∎ Manage and complete assigned work schedules to meet deadlines.
∎ Collaborate with Head Office subject specialists, material developers, consultants and other colleagues to design and develop materials on teachers' professional capacity on language proficiency ( English and Burmese) and subject based knowledge on Burmese, Mathematics and English.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 years' experience at material development on teaching learning materials and training or teaching experience in primary/ secondary level education.
∎ Good understanding of Rohingya context and can communicate to local language.
∎ Experience to supervise and lead the teams of MTs and MDs.
∎ Chittagong background would be given priority.
∎ Knowledge on teaching and learning aspects in the stages of primary or secondary education.
∎ Excellent Communication skills with good writing and speaking skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Working in different types of education related materials or documents.
∎ Dealing with the pressure to meet the deadline.
∎ Ability to problem solve issues.
∎ Good team player.
∎ Proficiency.
