Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan of motorcycle components for daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly with a view to meet the sales target in consultation with Plant Head.
∎ Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet the production
∎ Assign the duties to the floor in charge of production target of the day and follow up from time to time so that motorcycle components are produced as per target.
∎ Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
∎ Ensure that production output with quality within the scheduled time.
∎ Keep abreast of stock of raw materials to ensure availability so that production flow to be run smoothly.
∎ Coordination with Assembly Department to know their target and requirements so that component manufacturing plant to be designed accordingly.
∎ Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
∎ Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
∎ Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to the strategic objectives.
∎ Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
∎ Share a trusting relationship with work-group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff
∎ Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
∎ Commit and Comply with all safety procedures and take necessary actions to reduce accidents to zero levels.
∎ Address employees' issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements
∎ Influence and learn from below
∎ Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 50 to 60 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ At least 20 years of practical experience in the manufacturing plant.
∎ Strong understanding of Painting, Welding, and Supply Chain of a manufacturing plant.
∎ Have exceptional personality with excellent communication skills.
∎ Must have visionary leadership qualities with a better attitude to achieve ambition.
∎ Hands-on experience to drive a large number of employees in a factory.
∎ Can do work independently and with short deadlines.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Production Management of a manufacturing plant. The automobile industry will be given preference.
