∎ Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
∎ Provide Employee Relation Support.
∎ Maintain Current Working Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Concerns.
∎ Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
∎ Identify training needs and create development programs that enhance employees’ skills and career growth.
∎ Utilize HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
