Additional Requirements:
  • Candidate with experience in promoting Premium/Luxury brand of Bathroom accessories, ceramics, Tiles, luxury homes & lifestyle products of international repute through Architects, Interior Designer, Consultants, Builders & Contractors would be highly desirable.
  • Incumbent should be smart, articulate, with good communication skills, strong initiative and having own conveyance.
  • Responsible person must ensure stock availability on time based on customer demand.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • To Achieve business goals and revenue targets through assigned Sales channels & Projects.
  • To build up and develop close relationship architect networking.
  • To visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.

  • To ensure proper marketing activities such as Developers, Architects & Plumber meets.
  • To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.
  • To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone.
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
  • Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
  • Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
  • Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
  • Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
