Additional Requirements: - Candidate with experience in promoting Premium/Luxury brand of Bathroom accessories, ceramics, Tiles, luxury homes & lifestyle products of international repute through Architects, Interior Designer, Consultants, Builders & Contractors would be highly desirable.
- Incumbent should be smart, articulate, with good communication skills, strong initiative and having own conveyance.
- Responsible person must ensure stock availability on time based on customer demand.
Responsibilities & Context: - To Achieve business goals and revenue targets through assigned Sales channels & Projects.
- To build up and develop close relationship architect networking.
- To visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining relationships.

- To ensure proper marketing activities such as Developers, Architects & Plumber meets.
- To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.
- To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone.
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
- Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid the achievement of sales targets.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder relations and negotiating contracts.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, incident reports, and legal actions.
