Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the implementation of project plans following the master schedule.
∎ Regularly track project progress, identifying potential delays and recommending solutions.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact between the site civil engineer, clients, and other departments.
∎ Facilitate effective communication to ensure all parties are aligned and informed of project developments.
∎ Assess and select appropriate civil materials with project engineers and procurement teams.
∎ Ensure that all materials meet quality and compliance standards.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
∎ Provide regular updates on project status and coordinate client meetings as needed.
∎ Collaborate with various departments (e.g., design, procurement, quality assurance) to meet project requirements.
∎ Participate in cross-functional meetings to support project objectives.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project status, resource allocation, and potential risks.
∎ Document all communications and decisions made throughout the project lifecycle.
