Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in Civil Engineering or any other relevant field from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Vocational Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate center based skill training on relevant trades as per the training module.
∎ Provide technical assistance and expertise in vocational training to accelerate the technical learning of the vocational training participants.
∎ Coordinate with Deputy Manager (Center Management) for quality training of the learners.
∎ Prepare procurement plan, keep tracking on the budget spending and ensure agro-inputs are reached to the project beneficiaries for quality implementation of the project.
∎ Offer technical guidance and support to the Assistant Project Offer (Technical Trainer) in center based vocational training.
∎ Facilitate donor visit, liaison with stakeholders and represent stakeholders’ coordination meeting for implementation of the project.
∎ Contribute to increase quality of the skill training activities as per the project plan.
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with the project support services such for ensuring smooth support of project activities.
∎ Attend Meeting, provide necessary report and monitoring the field staff.
∎ Prepare internal and external report as necessary and asked by the supervisor.
∎ Support in arrangement of different seminar, workshop, training related to the services.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Execute any other task assigned by supervisor/ management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 3 years working experience as vocational trainer with civil engineering degree in the relevant field, relevant working experience in NGO/development sector are highly preferable.
∎ Knowledge:
∎ • Knowledge on relevant vocational trade, livelihood, coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ • Knowledge on people management.
∎ Skills:
∎ • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ • Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ • Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (AutoCAD, MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ • Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ • Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Competencies:
∎ • Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ • Ability to operate in a multipurpose organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
