∎ JOB PURPOSE: S/he will be responsible to assist management in developing Integrated Rice-Fish-Vegetables cultivation strategies of the programme, identify challenges, provide context specific advanced technical support to the selected ultra-poor households, capacity development of branch and regional level staffs, and build networks with relevant stakeholders within and outside BRAC to ensure required inputs and services for the programme participants.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist management to develop Integrated Rice-Fish-Vegetables cultivation strategies and to ensure effective and timely implementation of programme strategies at the branch and regional level regarding Integrated Rice-Fish-Vegetables Cultivation enterprise.
∎ Conduct regular field visits, proper follow-up and monitoring to identify participants' needs and challenges, provide necessary guidance and supports to resolve for expected results.
∎ Assist branch level staffs to develop annual fish and vegetables cultivation plan for individual programme participants and ensure availability of inputs (e.g., land lease, seeds, prawn, fingerling, fertilizers etc.) for Integrated Rice-Fish-Vegetables cultivation enterprise.
∎ Identify areas of capacity development for programme participants and staffs, provide quality inputs to develop training modules and guidelines develop and execute staff training plans, and facilitate trainings on Integrated Rice-Fish-Vegetables cultivation enterprise.
∎ Assist management to bring knowledge and innovations suitable for ultra-poor context and provide quality inputs, share learnings from field in different meetings, forums, seminars, workshops etc.
∎ Communicate and build network with relevant stakeholders within and outside BRAC to mobilise different resources and technologies, and create access for the programme participants.
∎ Develop different reports on Integrated Rice-Fish-Vegetables cultivation enterprise, analyse and assist management to identify gaps and provide guidance accordingly.

∎ Very good knowledge in fisheries sector in country context including geography and community context
∎ Excellent team building skills

∎ Minimum 2 years relevant experience is required
