Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensure materials accurate storage including materials quality , Issuance material , materials wastage control , materials supervision , store and deliver all materials as per requisition of Mir Cement Limited -Factory.
∎ Prepare "Inventory Report" at the end of every month and submit to General Manager, MCL(F)
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition. Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment
∎ Entry to the software/Maintain softcopy as well as hardcopy of all the materials after delivery & distribution according to the requisition
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage & disbursement
∎ Need to check and entry to the register following:
∎ Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR)
∎ Materials Receiving Report (MRR)
∎ Materials Issue Slips (MIS)
∎ Materials Transfer Challan (MTC)
∎ Gate Pass
∎ Transfer Materials Receiving Report (TMRR)
∎ Materials Transfer Requisition Form
∎ Regular check and update stock ledger
∎ Maintain site inventory and prepare inventory report
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
