Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Business Administration; MBA preferred.15+ years experience in Real Estate/Construction industry with 5+ years in senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of real estate project development, building codes, land laws & compliance.
Proven ability to drive business growth, lead teams and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation & decision-making skills.
High integrity, leadership qualities and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute business strategies and operational plans to achieve organizational targets.
Work closely with top management to formulate long and short-term goals.
Identify new business opportunities, market expansion scopes, and competitive positioning.
Establish company policies, SOPs, compliance frameworks, and performance standards.
Operational Management
Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and cost efficiency.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, procurement & logistics.
Ensure operational KPIs are met including project progress, sales targets, cost control and customer satisfaction.
Implement systems to enhance workflows, reduce delays, and minimize operational risks.
Sales, Marketing & Business Growth
Guide sales & marketing teams to achieve revenue targets.
Approve sales strategies, pricing policy, promotional campaigns, and branding initiatives.
Maintain relationships with corporate clients, channel partners and key stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Culture Development
Lead, mentor and motivate departmental heads to achieve individual & group objectives.
Foster a culture of accountability, performance, innovation and ethical business practice.
Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps and recommend training or recruitment.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare operational reports and performance analytics for Board review.
Coordinate inter-departmental activities to maintain smooth workflow.
Represent the company in external meetings, government offices, client negotiations and industry forums.
