As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our ERP implementation project. Your primary responsibility will be to execute the planning, configuration, and execution of Odoo to align with our company's specific needs. Working closely with various departments and stakeholders, you will gather requirements, oversee data migration, provide training, and ensure successful user adoption. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Assessment: Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to understand business processes and gather comprehensive requirements for ERP implementation.
Data Migration: Oversee the migration of data from existing systems to ERP, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring that the ERP system functions are properly working.
Training and User Adoption: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure successful user adoption of ERP across all relevant departments and users.
Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition for employees as they adapt to the ERP processes.
Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and assistance to end-users, addressing any technical issues or questions that arise after the implementation.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation of processes and user manuals for reference and knowledge-sharing purposes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful ERP implementation.
