∎ Master's degree in Public Health/ Social Science/ Development Studies, or any related discipline.
∎ Specialization: Project Management and implementation, basic knowledge of financial management, Communication and coordination.

∎ Experience : Minimum 8 years’ working experience in field-level project implementation, experience working in public health issues, particularly in monitoring and oversight, Quality Assurance, training and program management; experiences to work with donors; working with eye related programs will be treated as an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will lead the SMC’s Vision Screening project.
∎ S/he will be responsible to plan, implement and monitor the activities under the project.
∎ S/he will coordinate and collaborate with day-to-day communication with donors as well as with the field forces to expedite the sales of eyeglasses by the selected Blue star pharmacies/providers. In addition,
∎ S/he will maintain regular supply of eyeglasses in coordination with the health network teams of SMC and with the donor.
∎ The incumbent will be reporting to Additional General Manager-Star networks to implement SMC’s vision screening project.
∎ S/he will prepare program and financial reporting as per donor requirement as well as SMC’s internal documentation. S/he will provide guidance and support field team to achieve project goals.
∎ S/he plan and implement the promotional, marketing and distribution of reading glasses among the selected BSPs outlets among selected districts.
∎ S/he will also closely work with the other program staffs at Head office and field level to achieve project goals.
∎ S/he will closely work with Manager-Blue Star at Head Office
