∎ Master of Science (MSc) in engineering in footwear, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in engineering in footwear
∎ Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,University of Dhaka students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1.Should have good experience for Leather & Synthetic materials selection.
∎ 2. Should have good knowledge about Leather & Synthetic cutting with minimum westage.
∎ 3. Ensuring the good quality cutting component.
∎ 4. Fulfilling the achievement of target for cutting/sewing/lasting/finishing.
∎ 5. Preparing a proper production plan for smooth production.
∎ 6. Pre-Production(PP) meeting( art. wise) should be done regularly & Keeping it in record as a meeting Minutes for compliance audit purpose.
∎ 7. Ensuring to manufacture the quality product as per buyer requirements.
∎ 8. Ensuring the maximum shoe productivity on every working day.
∎ 9. Should have the correlation to Maintenance Department for smooth production.
∎ 10. Ensuring the SOP for every section(cutting/sewing/lasting/finishing) during production.
∎ 11. Should have maintaining the rules & regulation as per company policy as well as compliance.
∎ 12. Perform any other job assigned by the superior management.

∎ Comfortable in using MS Office, MS Excel, and Internet Browsing (e-mailing).
∎ Good communication and cope up with constant changes in a demanding situations
