Job Responsibilities:

∎ Knitting Machine wise auditing- based on Fabric types, DIA, gauge, feeder, SL, RPM, Working Hour, Shift, Fabric type wise knitting cost, NPT, Target and achievement. Rejection check, Process Loss analysis.
∎ Batch analysis reporting, Knitting & Dyeing Process Loss analysis.
∎ Dyeing Batch wise auditing- Fabric shade % wise, capacity, loading capacity, EBQ, RFT, loading & unloading time, NPT, Dyes and chemical recipe cost, color and finishing process wise cost, general hour production Vs OT Hour production analysis. Rejection Check, Process Loss analysis.
∎ Short fabric requirement check.
∎ AOP production (Reactive, Pigment, Discharge, Digital) wise analysis.
∎ ''For RMG Division''
∎ Cutting Efficiency, Cut to Ship Ratio, NPT, Cut Panel rejection, segregation and reusing by size grading, DHU.
∎ Sewing Line wise auditing- calculate every line wise daily profit and loss calculation based on (SMV, CM, EPM, CPM, Line target, Achievement, Manpower, OT, NPT & Efficiency etc) Manpower standard, Man Machine ratio, Extra OT, Unauthorized OT Control, Operator helper utilization, Idle machine analysis.
∎ Batch costing, knitting machine wise costing. Monthly Budget, Post Costing.
∎ General hour Vs OT Hour production, Hourly Line wise Target Vs Achievement.
∎ Final Inspection fail analysis.
∎ Print and Embroidery production analysis.
∎ Capacity utilization analysis.
∎ Air shipment, Short shipment, delay shipment analysis.
∎ Order closing report.
∎ Idle machine root cause analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership quality
∎ Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Should have excellent people management skills
