• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Age At least 27 years

• Plan & execute certification audit BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, GSV, Higg, ICS, OCS, GRS, GOTS, RAF, SRCCS, European Flax etc.

• Implement Higg index in the facilities (FEM and FSLM) and ensure good rating.

• Ensure performance data in every quarter for H&M.

• Prepare Sustainability policies in light of legal and regulatory framework.

• Prepare the factories in light of RSC and social audit standard.

• Preparing corrective action plan for customers, third-party social compliance audit, electrical, fire and structural audit.

• Sound understanding of chemical management following ZDHC guideline, also maintain BV3/clean chain and ZDHC platform.

• Monitor and analyze energy, water, waste, and carbon emissions data to track the organization`s environmental performance.

• Ensure committee meeting in a time manner.

• Prepare the factory and documentation for the social, environment, security and RSC audit.

• Identify potential risks of the process and risk associate with the factory safety.

• Perform internal audit regularly and take corrective action accordingly.
