Reputed Garments or Leading Organizations in Bangladesh.
Strong negotiation and Management skills.
Proficient in budgeting and cost control.
Understanding of supply chain and sourcing systems.
Excellent Communication skills both in English & Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
Source raw materials accessories on time as per buyer requirements.
Manage end-to-end supply chain planning and operations to drive internal efficiency and cost minimization.
Develop and execute procurement strategies (local & international).
Manage sourcing and selection of local and global suppliers.
Negotiate international contracts, pricing, and Incoterms.
Liaise with overseas suppliers for order status, quality, and shipment issues.
Create and execute cost-effective procurement strategies.
Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Manage sourcing risks and ensure smooth material availability.
Oversee and Local order processing, pricing, and customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Work closely with production planning to align operations with supply chain goals.
Ensure production meets demand while keeping inventory at optimal levels.
Solve production-related issues that may affect supply chain flow.
Develop strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.
Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
Use inventory systems to track and manage stock movements.
Coordinate with production and forecast the plan inventory needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor market trends and adjust procurement plans as needed.
