  • Strong negotiation and Management skills.

  • Proficient in budgeting and cost control.

  • Understanding of supply chain and sourcing systems.

  • Excellent Communication skills both in English & Bangla.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Source raw materials accessories on time as per buyer requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain planning and operations to drive internal efficiency and cost minimization.

  • Develop and execute procurement strategies (local & international).

  • Manage sourcing and selection of local and global suppliers.

  • Negotiate international contracts, pricing, and Incoterms.

  • Liaise with overseas suppliers for order status, quality, and shipment issues.

  • Create and execute cost-effective procurement strategies.

  • Develop accurate demand forecasts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.

  • Manage sourcing risks and ensure smooth material availability.

  • Oversee and Local order processing, pricing, and customer service to ensure satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Work closely with production planning to align operations with supply chain goals.

  • Ensure production meets demand while keeping inventory at optimal levels.

  • Solve production-related issues that may affect supply chain flow.

  • Develop strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.

  • Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.

  • Use inventory systems to track and manage stock movements.

  • Coordinate with production and forecast the plan inventory needs.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Monitor market trends and adjust procurement plans as needed.
