Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and coordinate the recruiting process (create ads, manage on-line postings, schedule interviews, administer assessments, extend offers, prepare new hire paperwork)
∎ Provide employee relations support, including resolving issues.
∎ Maintain current working knowledge of compliance and regulatory concerns, industry trends and best HR practices Managing the whole HR operations & business partnering of EREL business units.
∎ Assisting in collecting employee performance-related data and ensuring completion of quarterly & yearly performance evaluations.
∎ Completing the full job confirmation evaluation process of the newly joined employees.
∎ Preparing training calendar and designing generic training sessions for all employees as required.
